Project Title: "All women want is love?": A re-definition of feminism in an non-liberal way under case study for 2024 OlympicThis research seeks to develop feminism theory under a non-liberal perception under the examination of the relationship between gender and space. The traditional definition of femininity derivated from private space, which women enter through marriage and under the purpose of surviving. When women moves to the public and professional space, the definition of femininity, indeed, moves to more assertive and self-agency scale. However, how comes women having ambition, but still just want love? Thus, this project seeks to examine this mismatch of the definition of femininity from public and private space by pointing out the blank of definition regards interpersonal and social relation in liberalist feminism framework. Under this strucuture, this research would reveal the process for how the state-constructed discourse promotes the redefinition of women's interpersenal relationship in public and professional space.

Project Title: Alternative Sub-culture for Free Self-Expression: Case Study of Skateboarding Feminism in Mainland ChinaDeveloped a feminist theory under a non-liberal perspective by analyzing the creation of social and media discourse for feminist agendas in Chinese social media. The research involved breaking down content creation processes to explore the role of sub-cultures in promoting free expression.
