I am a student who is current studying at YTL International College of Hotel Management .The course that I am having now is Diploma in Hotel Management.The reason why i choose hotel management is because this course can find work in a large area of hospitality industry.I have worked at Sweet Hut Bakery & cafe while during my holiday. Working let me get a lot of knowledge and it also improve a better me while I am working .At that restaurant I get waitress as my position, so I have learn how to serve the customer with the proper way.In addition,I also learn some skill and communication with other people.Beside that , I interested in this because this can make me know more friends ,improve communication skill and English skill.I feel happy of my choice because in the future it can help a lot. Not only that, I can speak a lot of type language such as Malay, Chinese, Hokkien ,and English.I can speak a lot of language because I learned all of this from my friends and they we communicate with each other with other language .I felt glad because this also make me to know more friends and get a lot of knowledge .I wish I can get job at as soon as possible. . Starving to learn more in the field of hospitality industry to be able to serve better and to exceed expectations of the guest or the customer.
