Providing support to the Project Management Organization (PMO) in Customer Service Information Governance Organization (CS IGO) to develop, test, and implement operational enterprise-wide solutions on data handling/reporting/tracking tools and processes in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). development and implementation on a variety of projectdeliverables, including business requirements, contact center scripts, process flows, meetingminutes, project plans,development and implementation on a variety of projectdeliverables, including business requirements, contact center scripts, process flows, meetingminutes, project plans,• Develop business requirement and process flow documents for data acquisition tools and intake forms with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Forms• Write test cases, scenarios, and scripts in HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM)• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Working Prototype Testing (WPT), and Post Verification Testing (PVT) of database functionalities, intake forms and IVR modules from end-to-end• Process requests with IT Remedy to extract customer related data; and work with internal clients to prepare reports. Resolve issues, handle escalations, and provide analysis to management as necessary
