Responsibilities:➢ Facilitate and drive HR process and policies across the headquarter and 28 nurturing centres. Key processes are Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward & Recognition.➢ Partner with Regional Head for yearly/quarterly/monthly recruitment plan and channel, employee development and compensation, etc.➢ Conduct annual employee survey and follow-up actions and internal communications.➢ Manage and ensure the standard day care timeline and teaching in all the nurturing centres.

- Develop and maintain systematic and various L&D program, including coaching, mentor and leadership development program. - Responsible for annual Performance Management system and process and effectiveness..- Succession planning and key talent development program.- Learn and share with global L&D team.

Career Development- Lead career development project in Greater China to ensure globally consistent, and concepts, guiding principles, tools are implemented effectively.- Drive yearly employee development process rollout and monitor the effectiveness- Plan and facilitate assessment and talent review discussions in Greater China.- Consult with HRBP and business to increase manager’s capability/engagement and employees’ awareness on development by workshops, communications, etc.Learning & Development- Conduct needs analysis and develop T&D solutions accordingly- Consult and develop training strategy, roadmap, annual training plan, starter program, etc. for site community, and APAC R&D and technical community. - Manage training resources (internal & external) and effectiveness.Manage on-boarding program implementation and enhancement in alignment with EVP.Work as D&I Champion to rollout D&I awareness training and communication.

Site Training and Development- Create site training & development roadmap, process and course framework to meet the increasing organizational needs and regulatory expectations.- Define, plan and deploy local and network training & development programs to ensure effective and timely training identification and delivery.Learning Network engagement- Lead and participate network priorities and initiates, e.g. global E2E learning process.- Work as the SPOC and Change Management Lead for PTC’s SMOP (Small Molecule Operations Program). Internal Communications - Develop site communication roadmap and optimize communication channels.- Plan and facilitate town hall / annual meetings, employee survey communication and follow up, etc.

Implement and optimize training system/process according to Wyeth CS and regulations to ensure employees are qualified.- Assess and prioritize training needs and implement master training & development plan in alignment with global / local business priorities and annual budget.- Manage site LMS and dashboard to ensure employee qualification and training effectiveness.- Develop internal trainers and vender management.Lead operational excellence initiatives at site and regional level.- Manage LSS portfolios and Balanced Scorecard to achieve (non-) financial benefits.- Build people capabilities to ensure sustainable long-term improvements.- Plan and coordinate Wythe global Transformation program locally.Participate Regional Training and Operational Excellence leads network meetings for collaboration, best practice sharing, and review global training projects/initiatives progress.Department / People management, including performance management, talent review and department budget and expenses, etc. Support internal communications and contribute to site activities as a member of site LT.
