BSH (Bell Smart Home) CRMThe purpose of the project is to test the new CRM for BSH and migrate data from their old CRM to the new system, as a member of the QA team, my contribution/responsibilities are- Implementing a data validation application to test data migration for BSH using Restful API’s- Created test scripts to perform validations for integrations from the new CRM system to the old- Created test scripts to perform product catalogue validation in order to prevent integration failures and enforce business rules- Automated the rebooking of in-flight order using Rest API- Enhanced processes by building scripts for rekeying information into the CRM from Digitek- Reduced manual effort and human errors while increasing consistency by introducing and constantly enhancing a regression testing framework to automate the creation of Sales Orders in Dynamics 365 for BSH using Apache POI, Java, TestNG, Log4j and Selenium- Collaborated with a team in performing E2E, Unit, System and Integration testing for Bell Smart Home’s new CRM systemOther Projects- Working on Elecsoft’s new website using JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML and firebase- Created a web application for SMS-to-computer communication using Express.js, Node.js and Twilio
