I worked in the R&D division in Dardi, optimizing the design of nozzle employed by the ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting machine. I conduct numerical simulation to predict the power of impinging abrasive water jet. One novel injection device is designed and launched, meanwhile the work associates to a Master thesis which was rewarded the 2010 Excellent Master Thesis of Jiangsu University. Dardi is a international leader of the waterjet cutting technology(WCT). WCT is employed to cut high strength-to-weight ratio material such as CFRP which is widely used in producing automobiles and aircrafts.
