I am a Principal Academic of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour within the Faculty of Management at Bournemouth University.My current research interests are organizational routines and organizational learning. Particularly, I am interested in evaluating how organizational defensive routines affect organizational life, such as organizational performance, organizational learning and job satisfaction. During my PhD, I developed a scale to measure organizational defensive routines. My current study is to explore the antecedents and outcomes of organisational defensive routines.
