• Acted as the “senior pharmacist” (only-pharmacist in ward) to validate 80+ prescriptions in Hepatology & amp; Gastroenterology ward per day. Led multi-disciplinary meeting, with doctors, nurse, and health teacher to discuss clients’ history, prescription• Worked as an outpatient pharmacist for 6 months, dispensed and checked over 150 to 200 prescriptions per day from different divisions.
