Leaded the shale oil and gas project by technically study on geology and engineering aspects of more than 30 unconventional shale plays, such as Wolfcamp, Eagle Ford and Barnett. Analyzed matured fields to identify new opportunities, such as reserve evaluation, EOR methods, well pattern and spacing, horizontal wells, multi-stage stimulations.
