Current- Co-operating with Italy regional office on tranship arrangements in Mediterranean ports.1-1 Discussing connection solutions among skip port events, overdue DG containers, short-load/over-discharge containers, then give out guidance on the final arrangement.1-2 Examine overdue container reasons through weekly tranship storage report, and evaluate solutions with managers and business department.- Key member of Logistics contract platform program re-design project team. (Act as key coordinator of European and Mediterranean section)2-1 Survey, discuss, and confirm requirements with users in European and Mediterranean area.2-2 Build up through rate structures understanding of all intermodal suppliers in the EU/MED area.2-3 Work with system team on the layout and functions to ensure it meets up user's requirements. Also, provide refinement suggestions to achieve a more user-friendly interface.2-4 Build up simulation datasets to review the design completeness.2-5 Deliver training material and act as training mentor to all users in EU/MED offices.- Work with Kenya office to negotiate rebates with Kenya Railway Corporation.Achieved to receive a total $1.9 million rebate for delivery amounts in 2019-2022, which the amount was once denied by the KE authority.
