Leading key enterprise IT services, the Associate Director of IT was responsible for Application Operations, Service Operations, and Service Desk functions.Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments• Directed solution design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT services• Ensured IT services are in line with the needs of the business• Managed relationships between Information Technology department and lines of business• Facilitated the vision, development, and implementation of ITIL best practices• Ensured compliance for validated systems through process integrity and training of staff

Project Executive was ultimately responsible for all aspects of client relationships including service delivery, profitability, and growth. Leveraging in-depth knowledge and experience in the operational management of IT services, interfaced and consulted with executive level business relationships.Key Responsibilities• Led operations of enterprise service support in a 9,000-seat company including help desk, desktops, and printers for 9,000-seat company• P&L responsibility for $30M+ budget• Coached direct report technical managers to lead teams of engineers and project managers• Implemented large scale cultural and organizational change of IT support model

The Practice Manager was responsible for the development, sale, and delivery of systems integration and business process strategy services. The mission was to enables companies to eliminate the technical, organizational, and process barriers to effective global e-business.Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments• Delivered strategy, process, and systems integration consulting• Responsible for stewardship of consulting practice, including coaching and recruiting• Responsible for customer profitability optimization and resource utilization• Key customers included IMS Health, Medronic, GE, Intel, Adobe, 3Com, AMD, DHL, Eastman Chemical, EMC, MasterCard, State Street, United Airlines, and Xerox

The Business Unit Manager was responsible for the delivery of technology services and relationship growth. He facilitated global operations to reduce costs, decreases time-to-market, and increases the quality of information-based products. The scope included the delivery of globalization solutions, testing solutions, consulting services, and software to aid large and growing companies in the global deployment of information-based products and services.
