Merchant Promotions Team (2021 - Now)• Led a team of three (consisting one PM and two other engineers) to build the Merchant Promotions Platform from scratch to empower merchants to manage various promotions.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to co-own the pipeline of indexing and serving the promotions as dynamic feed for Wish APP. • Extended the platform’s capabilities to accommodate Wish Funded Promotion to support Wish-subsidized events and campaigns. • This platform became the primary promotional tool, engaging over 10K merchants, achieved 164K DAU, and generated $480K GMV and $68K revenue per day during holiday seasons.• Created REST APIs for the platform, facilitating integration with the top 10 Wish ERPs, resulting in a 112% increase in platform adoptions.Merchant Order and Refund Team (2021 - 2022)• Designed and implemented return and refund logic for Merchant Managed Return Program (MMRP). Reduced refund rate by 13%.Merchant Ads Team (2020 - 2021) • Added new features to the Merchant Ads Platform, focusing on Ads model design, merchant gaming detection/prevention mechanisms and A/B testing, using Python, MongoDB, Redis and EXP A/B testing tool. This platform engaged more than 30K merchants and generated $73K.
