Knomics have deleloped a web-based resource for exploratory analysis of human gut metagenomes. As a Senior Product Manager I was responsible for product scope, team management and hiring. The team includes 12 in-house and 6 contracted developers. My key achievements:- hired 7 bioinformaticals- our team developed the most comprehensive interactive visualisations for metagenomic data analysis, and finished the project on time

Mobio is an advertising agency for mobile apps. As a KAM I was responsible for each step of customer success, including the first contact, identification of needs, marketing execution plan, progress monitoring and presenting of results.

I was a bioinformatics lecturer for sophomores. The main topics were nucleotide and protein databases, sequence alignment tools, genome browsers.I also was the first lecturer at the University who added NGS data analysis to the obligatory schedule.
