Sou formado em Economia pela PUC-RJ com MBA em Gestão de Negócios pela Ibmec. Passei por grandes empresas no segmento de varejo, automotivo, Telecomunicações e Mercado Financeiro. Montei um dealer corporativo para uma empresa de telecomunicações, alavanquei e participei do processo de venda de uma empresa de rastreamento de veículos por satélite. Entre os meus desafios, estive à frente de um grande projeto de Real Estate na Barra da Tijuca no Rio de Janeiro, onde fui a interface com investidores, Construtoras e órgãos públicos. Comecei a minha atuação no segmento de Executive Search em 2007. Participei de dois start ups nesse mercado e trouxe para o Brasil uma boutique de Executive Search e negócios de Nova York, onde participei de alguns M&As, operações de trading e captação de investidores para projetos. Montamos a HUB em Janeiro de 2014 e nossos principais pilares são recrutamento via HUB Talent e Employer Branding / EVP via Air Branding.
