To Conduct directly the Electrical/Instrument project Erection and commissioning test of Plant Oleo Chemical Fatty Alcohol , Fatty Acid , Hydrogenation ,Liq N2 , Spray Beading and Soap plant with the Distribution control system ( DCS) –rosemount , yokogawa centum 1000 and Honey well DCS Exsperion R210 . to lead directly project installation all of electrical and instrumentation equipment . to make estimation and control of material used . to ensure that the system are suit as installation standard , supervised directly for function test of electrical and instrumentation system so that the plant will running smoothly. Trouble shooting and problem solving all of electrical & instrumentation problem at plant and report to E/I managerTo Conduct directly the Power project of Steam Boiler cangkang with capacity 30T/H till 50T/H, BASUKI OTH boiler batubara and Dresser Rand Steam Turbine Generator(PLTU) with the capacity 4 up to 10MW 6.6KV, shinko turbine generator 2.4MW 0.4V with Back Pressure system and extraction condensing system. To installed MV ABB ,MG,Siemen Switchgear system,VSD of turbo compressor MV 1.5 MW etc. To calculated and prepared material will have used in the project and make planning and drafting for electrical /instrument work also estimated time work to ensure the project will be done as per schedule. Trouble shooting and problem solving Diesel generator 2.2MVA also emergency diesel 500KVA and turbine generator. to control operation of general power house daily activities. To checked daily power report and report to E/I manager.
