I am a Project Professional certified by PMI & Chevron with 25 years working experience, has fundamental knowledge of the onshore & offshore oil & gas industry, with experience in managing & execution of upstream facilities and well programs. More than 10 years working in major capital projects over $1B. I have been working in multi-functional teams spread over several work locations in a challenging and multi-cultural work environment. I was hired by Chevron as Design & Construction Engineer for Duri Steamflood Project in 1991. In 1995, I moved to be a Planning Engineer in Duri and became Corporate Planning Specialist in Rumbai from 1999-2002. Afterwards, I was assigned as Project Controls Engineers for Sanha Project, SASBU in Houston followed by Rotational Assignment during TIHUC as Site Business Coordinator in Malongo, Angola. In 2005, I went back to Duri as Project Coordinator of some small projects prior to be assigned as Business Manager for North Duri Development (NDD) Area 12, in 2006. With my team, I have successfully completed NDD Area 12 from phase-3, Phase 4 until 1st Oil and project close out with remarkable Project Execution Performance, as follows:- HES Performance: Zero LTI for more than 20 MM man-hours- Production: Above P50 forecast (28 vs 20 MBOPD in June 2010)- Capital Cost: $64 MM lower than target ($418 MM vs. $482 MM)- On Schedule (41 months vs. 41 months); First oil production was expected in Q4 2008 and achieved in November 2008. First injection was expected in Q2 2009 and achieved in June 2009. In 2015, I was assigned as Program Manager for Asset Integrity Projects (AIP) until now. The Program Manager is responsible for overall management of CPI’s Asset Integrity Program. Hemanages all aspects of major capital projects with an estimated Capex of US$ 1 Billion. Program Manager directly supervises Project Manager, HES & Regulatory Manager, Land Resolution & Stakeholder Manager and manages interface with external resources.
