Responsible for the design and delivery of national education transformation initiatives for the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. Highlights include: • Led a team of five to design and deliver the national English Language Education Initiative consisting of five projects, six key performance indicators and 55 milestones with a budget of MYR 30 million• Co-led the delivery of the District Transformation Programme to empower local leadership in 14 states and 142 district offices in order to accelerate educational performance and reduce the urban-rural performance gap.• Led groups of mid to high-level government officials, private sector partners and civil society representatives in national policy/delivery labs to identify issues, review policies and develop innovative solutions for the Ministry in the area of performance delivery, public-private partnership, indigenous education, and holistic education.
