- End to end Company Training Activities (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation).- Developing training materials and delivering as a Trainer.- Maintain all training documents including Training Certificate, Training Report, Employee Competence,Training Evaluation, and All about Training stuff.- Manage subject matters experts (Internal Trainers), including established relationships with ExternalTraining Providers.- Organizing On The Job training program.Managing company training and event budget.- Responsible as HR Audit Keyman for multiple Audits (ISO 14001 & 45001 , IATF 16949, and ResponsibleBusiness Alliance or Audit RBA)

-Training Management and Human Resource Development,responsible for the entire process of Analyze, Design, Develop,Implement, and Evaluation (ADDIE Model).-Making and analyzing employee GAP competencies andemployee training needs (TNA), designing training needed byemployees based on internal and external challenges faced, alsocreate graphic design for training.-Maintaining employee competency data, training records,individual training plans, and training materials. Also mantaining good relations with stakeholders and vendors. -Employee Competency and Expertise Certification, is responsiblefor service needs and employee competency and expertisecertification activities according to the required nationalstandards, ensuring that employees with certain positions havecompetency certification.

Ensure that employee training activities are ready to be carried out;ensure training services are delivered; correspondence; ascertain theneed for training accommodation; communication and coordinationwith stakeholders (participants, instructors, and the HC team); andother technical tasks.

-Administrative & Technical; preparation of research documents;correspondence; cooperative contract; minutes of meeting;scheduling of activities; and other technical work.-Liaising with stakeholders (community and government officials);deliver; make a meeting agreement; conduct data retrievalinterviews; find and ensure the accuracy of data information; andmanaging field teams.-Analyze and make research reports in accordance with scientificprinciples; ensure the availability of research information anddata.
