Took lead in defining and implementing the end to end software release process across GPS global teams.Jul 2006 to Apr 2008: QA Manager for NDA (Reuters historic & reference data warehouse). Successfully built up a new testing team of 20 staff in Beijing and established comprehensive test framework for NDA. From Oct 2007, took on an extended role as the Head of Testing for Search & Content Technology covering several major database systems (70+ staff in Beijing & Bangkok).
