I am involved in designing for EDM, brochures, newsletter, training modules and beautify PowerPoint for client’s internal presentation. Once the newsletter is approved, I would be required to create it into HTML using Dreamweaver.

I was responsible for the deadline for localising projects into different languages. Supervising a team of five members, I ensured that they know what was needed to be done and helped them with any difficultly they had faced.

I work as a localisation officer, helping to localise the require documents and upload them online. Sometime I would also need to create simple excel report to facilitate effective tracking of project progresses. Meanwhile, I was given some design task with the mentoring from my senior designer.

I had been a part-time financial adviser for Great Eastern for about 9 months till January 2014. During this period, I had to approach new prospect through cold call and roadshows. It had been a great exposure for me from working in an office work. In addition, I loved to communicate with the customer and help them with their enquiries.

My main task was to create and design website for the customers, with basic HTML and Java programming.
