Led 10+ interns along with 2 Cohort Leads to create socio-economic business proposals, providing guidance on project management and professional development skills, including email etiquette, public speaking, and proactive communication.

Collaborated with two other student tellers on a daily basis.Opened a high school branch and ensured that the entire bank was ready for the next 15+ bank tellers for two consecutive years.Opened over 20 accounts in the 2021-2022 school year. This contributed to Oak Ridge High School opening the most student checking accounts out of all the high school branches and partners.

Executed 100+ member transactions daily while prioritizing member experience and satisfaction. Conducted various member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check orders, and cashier check disbursements. Answered basic checking and savings questions with a professional and friendly demeanor.

As part of the Senior Consultancy Program at 3DE by Junior Achievement, I worked with five individuals to design an app for K-5 students using Apple's "Everyone Can Code" curriculum. We also developed a marketing strategy to promote the curriculum among educational institutions, students, parents, and families.With guidance from Nate Davis, the Leadership Executive at Apple, we created a 39-page presentation and delivered a 40-minute pitch of our ideas after 6 months of development.
