With more than 20 year experience in industrial operations, I have constantly increased my responsibilities from supply chain to industrial plant manager and demonstrated the adaptability working in different industries: watchmaker and Pharmaceuticals industry.I have implemented a strong management culture considering human capital as first key success factor, and based on a constant focus towards performance and achievement of results.
