Objective : improve global performance of mid-size industrial companies. Yves has extensive experience as General Manager or Operations Manager in driving quick changes in the companies : turnaround of underperforming companies , carve out operations, buy out , launch of new business, but also management of challenging situations ( distressed companies, lack of cash) with significant results on ebitda and free cash-flow. Yves has developped operating skills in strong cost reduction (design to cost, lean management, flexibility, quality improvement, supply chain ) , in developping new activities or new market, but also in the negiociation with labors unions, worker councils , french administration. Yves has worked in various industries in France and Germany : automotive and mechanical industry (Vallourec, Schneider Industrie), leisure and nautical industry (Groupe Beneteau, Zodiac) , woodworking industry ( Gascogne Group and Charpentes Françaises). Yves holds a MsC from Ecole des Mines and a MBA from ICG. He is fluent in English and German.
