In this RPO position with our Amazing Partners at Verizon, I oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts by sourcing qualified applicants while developing a dynamic applicant pool to fill openings within the appropriate time frame. I utilize employment boards and social media to attract and source hardworking applicants for appropriate opportunities. I also streamline interview processes by leveraging checklists and interview guides with assessments for each level to create a pipeline of high-potential candidates.

As HR Manager & Lead Recruiter, I oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts by sourcing qualified applicants, expanding the qualified applicant pool to fill openings with top talent meeting and often exceeding expectations of assigned deadlines. I train and coach direct recruits and develop talented HR teams to fulfill the organization's current and changing employment needs.
