I have many years of both FMCG and service experience. Working in different roles has provided me with the exposure to be competent in many areas of Finance. Complete reporting, consisting of monthly management packs, yearly audits, drawing up Financials, strategic plans as well as budgets and forecasts, to the daily running of the Finance Department, are tasks that I have been entrusted with for many years. I take extreme pride in my work and in the organization I am employed by. I have been appointed Public Officer, as well as managed a team consisting of ten employees. My verbal and communication skills are excellent and I possess the ability to mediate, motivate and encourage staff. I always supersede expectations and am ever so willing to assist the next person or department. I strongly believe that an organization functions as a whole. Integrity and perseverance is of the utmost importance to me.
