In 2021, I embarked on an exciting career change, becoming a licensed real estate agent and in 2022 made the transition from nursing to Real Estate. From community nursing of Parkview Hospital and the dedicated service of the County of Riverside Mental Health Department to the compassionate care provided at Kaiser Permanente in pediatrics and urgent care, I've spent years in the healthcare field, where I had the privilege of caring for patients, especially during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. My experience in healthcare instilled in me a deep commitment to helping others, and I've carried this dedication into my current role. As a real estate agent, I'm not just helping individuals buy or sell properties; I'm on a mission to empower renters to become homeowners and educate owners on leveraging their equity to buy commercial property through my mentor's model, 3-in-1 Resimmercial.In addition to working with first-time homebuyers, I also have the privilege of assisting small businesses in finding space to lease. Just as with first-time homebuyers, I provide guidance and support to our community entrepreneurs throughout the leasing process. My goal is to ensure they secure the best lease terms for their businesses, setting them up for success and, ultimately, ownership. It's my duty to serve our local business owners and help them pave a path towards owning their own space.
