Assisted in all aspects of the Children’s Issue Council initiatives through multiple agency providers. Managed and monitored provider subcontractors for administrative, fiscal and program compliance. Wrote state/federal/local grants; coordinated staff development for provider network, and implemented community-wide events. Worked with the Women’s Leadership Council to administer a scholarship program.

Oversaw the management of a child abuse home visitation program. Responsible for hiring and training parent educators assigned to the grant; ensured the evidence-based program was conducted with program fidelity. Reviewed service delivery and data to ensure all grant deliverables met and exceeded goals; assisted with program recruitment, conducted intakes, and carried a caseload as needed

Designed and implemented all afterschool and summer programs for youth age 4 to 17; supervised all staff to include therapists during afterschool and summer programming; created activity schedules, transportation routes and summer meal service. Facilitated psycho-educational groups in the South San, Harlandale and Northside school districts using evidence-based curriculum.
