Serving as Chief Executive Officer for Columbia Housing, she is charged with administrative oversight, organizational enhancement, implementation and the creation and preservation of affordable housing for families in Richland and Lexington counties; oversees a workforce of 115 employees; administers a $53 Million Annual Budget and manages a housing portfolio of over 6,000 and 16,000 individuals. Her favorite quote is by Andrew Carnegie, "Anything worth having in life is worth working for." It is a philosophy she has adopted—personally and professionally.
