  Position Title: Software Test Project Analyst Ld.• Lead testing efforts by defining, developing and implementing practices and procedures for complete end user test plans. • Ensure all tests are conducted and documented according to SCAQA standards. • Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions. • Responsible for overall success of testing including results verification and release. • Participate in user acceptance testing with groups of end users who test, evaluate and validate new functions and applications and identify issues in the application. • Ensure continuing operational quality by documenting fixes and enhancements.• Perform project planning activities including test estimations, resource planning, define scope and deliverables, define project schedule and track project milestones through to completion. • Facilitate Defect Review Board (DRB) meetings and coordinate with Technical Delivery Manager, Portal, Services, and Data teams. • Manage Strategic Partner (SSP) test teams.• Analysis of process flow design and requirements documentation.• Document test defects using ALM Defect Management tool.
