When I began I was responsible for collecting show settlement information & entering the info into the database for every agency show, as well as coordinating all agency guest lists & answering all phone calls. Later on as an assistant to an agent I reviewed performance offers and entered them into the company database, coordinated advances for performers.

While in still in school full time, I booked, promoted & managed 120+ shows at Club Downunder & The Moon in addition to booking outdoor concerts on the Union Green. I was responsible for managing multiple show budgets as well creating competitive offers for nationally touring performers, negotiating with agents, reviewing contracts & advancing shows with.

As a venue manager, I supervised a staff of 6-10 employees, including door staff, security, and production crew. I was responsible for facilitating tasks including load in, sound check, opening and closing of venue, in addition to settling with the artist & acting as a liaison to University Police and administration
