WA Young Builders Alliance is a not-for-profit organisation that helps Construction Management students and young professionals transit into the construction industry by providing networking opportunities and helping create connections with experienced members in the construction industry. I have been a member of this committee since May, 2023, and as a member, I have several responsibilities including- Attending regular monthly meetings and maintaining communication with business partners, as well as helping organise future networking events and plans.- Helping organise future networking events and plans, including setting up venue and ordering catering.

I have been working as a Fill Team Member at Big W, a prominent retail chain. My role as a Fill Team Member involves ensuring that shelves are stocked and organized, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store for customers.As a Fill Team Member, my responsibilities include restocking merchandise, checking inventory levels, and assisting with stock deliveries. I am adept at handling various products and managing time efficiently to meet the store's replenishment requirements. Additionally, I collaborate closely with team members to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.During my tenure at Big W, I have developed valuable skills in organization, attention to detail, and adaptability, as each shift presents unique challenges and tasks. Working in a fast-paced retail environment has honed my ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.I take great pride in contributing to the overall success of the store, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
