Zac is responsible for the management of the Colliers Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services for Southern Australia. He is a well-respected industry professional who has valued large scale and complex assets across the eastern states of Australia, including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory.After growing up in northern New South Wales, coming from a multi-generational farming family, Zac developed a strong passion for regional Australia and the agricultural industry where he has continued to grow strong relationships. Throughout his career, Zac has completed valuation work for lending institutions, corporations (ASX listed, institutional investors, and family operations), and Government clients. Zac has valued some of the highest value assets throughout Southern Australia with specialisations in broadacre irrigation/dryland farming, pastoral holdings, horticulture, and more specialised assets such as dairys, feedlots, piggeries, poultry, natural capital, renewable energy, plantations, equine, and viticulture assets.Zac has the following degrees and qualifications:- QLD Registered Valuer No. 5062- Australian Property Institute No. 107244- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuer No. 0946311- Bachelor of Property (Central Queensland University)- Master of Property Investment and Development (Western Sydney University)
