I currently occupy the role of a fraud investigator. My role ensures that we are providing fair outcomes for customers who fall victim to complex scams and fraud.I have a significant amount of experience within the financial sector. Prior to my transition into financial crime, I worked in customer service as a customer service specialist touching on a variety of areas within the sector. This has ranged from working as a multi-skilled advisor, coaching/training staff, and people management. Although customer service brought many memories and great satisfaction, working in financial crime is where I have excelled and found my passion as I can play my part in an evergrowing battle and provide justice for our customers.
