I started my the footwear industry career as QA/QC in 2017. By my third month, I took over as department head, managing 20 production lines at the Vietnam factory, I worked closely with other departments and clients to restore high-end product quality.In 2019, I led engineering trials, and client coordination, focusing on resolving quality issues early to improve production yield. In 2021, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, take responsibility for operations, QA/QC, and production planning, managing client relations and achieving a monthly revenue target.After the pandemic in 2021, I focused on recoving production capacity, minimizing losses, and fulfilling orders. In 2022, I became Deputy Manager, transitioning the factory to multi-brand production, optimizing resource allocation, and exploring automation to reduce costs and improve quality.
