Love & Truth Ministries began as a dream in the heart of Pastor Eddie Cupples. That dream was to make a difference in the lives of as many people as possible. Love & Truth Ministries is now located with five churches in Tennessee, and one in Crainville, Illinois as well as missions efforts in Kenya, Philippines, Uganda, and Belize.Over the past 10 years, I've been leading operations as the church's Project Manager leading all digital, social, and media operations. When brought on to the team I began leading operations as a Media Associate. Due to my performance, ability to drive stakeholder needs, and excel individual key performance indicators I was promoted to serve as the lead Project Manager overseeing all media operations. No day is one in the same. However, there are core skills that I have been able to strengthen during my tenure. Some of which include, but are not limited to communicating with vendors to explain project requirements, warrant on-time and within budget project scope, and mitigating digital risk across the enterprise. On the cross-functional side of my operations, I interact with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, and Studio associates to ensure that all necessary project needs are in alignment with brand expectations. Positioning me to serve as the head of implementing and monitoring all media operations.Accomplishments Include:- Leads the project management lifecycle concerning all digital and social projects across the church from end to end, including, but not limited to dependency identification, risk assessment, software coordination, and the oversight of 15+ cross-functional associates.- Implements agile project management strategies to enhance global branding, design, and digital operations; serves as key project lead for digital operations across five (5) United States campuses and 100+ global campuses, including Kenya, Philippines, and Uganda.
