You won't find someone that prides themselves more on customer service, sales, and developing others (including myself). I believe sales is an imperfect job which means you can always become better. Thats what has always excited me in this industry and allowed me to grow and improve every day. I'm looking for a company to grow with and shoot for heights that seemed unthinkable. I love the art of sales, growing a business, and developing others I come in contact with. I never stop learning or looking for ways to do something better. I’m a very passionate person especially in relation to my job, my team, and passing on anything that could develop others.I have been with the same company I started my first high level sales position 8 years ago and worked my way up from entry level to District manager. I have multiple top 5 national finishes with T-Mobile as a District Manager. I take most pride in the employee development (sales and leadership) for the many I have helped build skill sets and see a true career path for themselves. I also built the key process my company uses to develop their employees and maximize performance. Lastly, I take great pride in my team that I have retained the highest percent of during my 4-year tenure in the role. Overall, you won’t find someone that is more passionate about being better every day while helping/pushing others around to do the same.
