As the EV Account Manager, I was responsible for the current products and applications Sika supplies to my EV customers, as well as identifying new opportunities Sika can improve my EV customer's product. I worked with all departments to ensure that timely deliveries were made to the customer, problem solved with engineering on current and new applications, and strived to build on the relationships with my EV customer contacts.

At Sika I led project testing for major customers, as well as internal projects, through designing and executing test plans. Based on testing results I provided analysis and recommendations through reports. In addition, I provided application guidance and recommendation for individual customers. I supported internal departments with sales leads and application recommendations, and am a part of a cross-functional expert team. I led the installation of a weathering station on-site to monitor and perform real world condition testing. I helped train new employees on performing various test methods and using test equipment. Provided test equipment technical support to colleagues.

At ChemicoMays, LLC I tracked and analyzed chemical inventory usages for potential cost savings opportunities. Developed spreadsheets to help organize monthly purchase orders and receiving the orders. Contacted suppliers to facilitate proper deliveries and maintain good rapport. Compiled monthly reconcile reports for the scope of my site. I trained a new hire to perform the duties as a chemical site technician for another plant site.

With Cutco I developed customer relations and sales experience selling top quality cutlery and kitchen products. I helped to train new employees with sales strategies and store upkeep. Coordinated store events and promoted events to new and current customers.

As an intern, I developed an Environmental Cost Deployment to reduce consumption and waste. Also, developed templates of the Environmental Cost Deployment to expand to other facilities. Learned about World Class Manufacturing and applied it to my project. Collaborated with plant faculty to acquire project data and develop reduction ideas. Presented my project to plant faculty and corporate faculty

While working with The Anderson's, Inc. I performed equipment analysis through lab testing and data collection, and subsequently presented solutions and improvements via report for equipment analysis. In relation to equipment analysis I contacted and negotiated with vendors and contractors for plant improvement. Additionally, I helped with improving and editing of available piping and instrumentation diagrams. Lastly, I updated Standard Operating Procedures to increase plant safety.
