Senior Digital Media Analyst
Current• Utilize Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau to analyze and report social media, web, streaming, email, podcast and television broadcast statistics for national and local programs across GBH. Including: Antiques Roadshow, American Experience, FRONTLINE, NOVA, Masterpiece and WORLD Channel programs.• Develop and present dashboards, infographics and deliverables to producers and upper-management.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize media strategy and identify opportunities for audience development.• Conduct A/B testing to improve clickthrough rate on YouTube.• Fulfill ad hoc analysis and routine data warehousing to ensure the accuracy and quality of data sources.
