Built team from 2 to 35. Managed P&L, hiring, sales/partnerships, and org. structure. Signed three of the largest chains in the industry (Chick-fil-A, Arby's, Subway) within three years of starting the division.- Developed an industry-leading SaaS platform from the ground up. As Product Owner, advised on initial build, specced out major features, and directed team priorities.
