I find enjoyment in doing a job well. If it takes longer, or if I have to get assistance from others in order to get the results that I can take pride in, or that will get the best results, I have no problem doing so. Doing the project well, even if it means 12 hour days, leaves me more energized than doing just the bare minimum.I have been self employed for more than 10 years, mostly focused on landscape maintenance and beautification. I have been fortunate that I have rarely had to look for clients because my existing clients refer to me more clients than I can take on. I currently have clients in Davis County and Morgan County.I am skilled at operating yard care equipment and construction equipment including MIG welders, chop saws, miter saws, grinders, dump trailers, tractors. I also have experience in swimming pool finish work, sprinkler plumbing, tile work, concrete cutting, concrete pouring and finish work. I also have experience in landscaping including removal of old plants and trees and selecting, placing and planting new trees, shrubs and flowers.Working for myself means that I know that results are what matters, not just punching a clock. It means that I rarely end my work day after just 8 hours. I've repeatedly been told that I am an anomaly because although I am in High School, I actually know how to work. Work ethic and a desire to keep learning is what I bring to every job, every client and every new employer. My plan is to pursue education and employment in the engineering field where I can see the results of hard work and grit. The best part of where I am at in my career is that I have so many possibilities and so much to learn and accomplish. I look forward to meeting you and pursuing great things together.
