Zach specializes in representing institutional, private, and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and sourcing the equity capital stack in industrial real estate transactions. Over the past 6 years, Zach has raised capital in excess of $6 billion for Joint Venture, New Development and New Platform initiatives. He is skilled in property / investment valuation, transaction management, site analysis, and strategic real estate planning. Zach began his career with CBRE in 2005 and has been involved in more than 575 transactions, valued at over $20 billion and totaling over 275 MSF. Zach is also a member of CBRE National Partners, twenty industry leaders acting as one within a partnership model.
