I started my career at the YMCA where I worked my way through the ranks and focused on skills like leadership, staff development and retention efforts, and managing full cycle recruiting efforts. I then took my skills to Favor Delivery where I spear headed projects on our operations team like training initiatives, database management, KPI regulation, and strategic and project management.I am a graduate of Texas State University, where I majored in Training and Development with an emphasis in Leadership growth.
