I am from Evansville, Indiana and I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in May 2015 with a Business Management degree. I have been with Victoria National Golf Course since May 2011 and Advanced Systems Technology since November 2012. Through my 5+ years of customer service work experience, I have gained top-notch relationship building and communication skills. Working at both of these places has had a major impact on broadening my skill set. Working at Victoria has helped me learn how to deal with all different types of personalities and adjust to them in order to enhance clients' Victoria National experience. Working at Advanced Systems Technology has taught me a lot about working in high pressure environments and how to handle them. Most of my work is done in detention facilities, so it is critical that I complete my work accurately and timely in order to prevent any system issues.Victoria National is one of the best and most prestigious golf courses in America. I have been fortunate enough to caddy for many CEOs and small business owners in a lot of different industries, which has greatly expanded my network. After talking to them and reflecting on all the advice that they have given me, I have figured out that sales is where I want to go next in my career. I will be successful in sales because I am an outgoing person with good relationship building skills. I am outgoing and good at building rapport with others. I understand that my competitive nature will allow me to thrive in sales as they are driven by results - the harder I work, the more successful I will be. I would like to get into sales because I would have a direct connection to the product and customer. With the personal skills I have acquired from Victoria and the experiences I have gained at Advanced Systems Technology, I am confident in my ability to build client relationships and ultimately close sales.
