As a Courtesy Clerk it is my job to satisfy the customer’s needs which I achieve in various ways. Such ways include placing customer’s groceries in bags correctly and always being friendly with them by asking about their day or what I can do to solve a problem they have. I also work with many co-workers and the store can get busy and quite stressful at times. Such ways include placing customer’s groceries in bags correctly and always being friendly with them by asking about their day or what I can do to solve a problem they have. I also work with many co-workers and the store can get busy and quite stressful at times. However, I stay very calm and my co-workers and I are able to communicate very well with each other in order to keep the store running properly. As a social media intern, I assisted in posting content to the Chandler Chamber of Commerce accounts on multiple social media sites including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Most posts were announcing upcoming events that were run by the Chamber of Commerce. Also, I wrote posts such as “throwback Thursday” as a way for the Chamber of Commerce’s followers to interact and feel involved in the comments section.
