My practice focuses on maritime and commercial disputes and providing advice related to maritime transactions. I represent clients before state and federal courts in matters ranging from lien enforcement to contract disputes, as well as global arbitral panels involving transaction and construction claims. I advise clients on state and federal law on matters varying from trade restrictions and import issues, bankruptcy, ship arrest, to environmental liability, Jones Act compliance, regulatory matters, and assisting with purchase and sale of vessels of various classes. I also handle responses to maritime incidents, including vessel damage, seaman and longshoreman claims, and cargo disputes.

Company Representation - Represented T-Mobile Sales with state and local governments throughout New York State and Northern New Jersey in meetings, conferences, and trade shows.Sales Cycle Management - Responsible for entire sales cycle from lead generation, to setting meetings with influencers and decision makers, to assembling technical teams to overcome IT concerns, to providing post-sales support and implementation.Incumbent Replacement - Successfully replaced entrenched long-term service providers with customers throughout New York State. New customers included organizations of well over 1,000 employees and in fields from public health to public safety. Solutions Discovery - Provided strategic solutions for a variety of fields, expanding customers’ understanding of the value of a T-Mobile partnership and the non-traditional products and services T-Mobile offers.
