Responsible for overseeing the testing of the development and integration phases, leading to the successful enrollment of more than 20,000 customers within 2 months. ● Implemented Scrum development methodologies in coordination with both technical and non-technical teams to optimize, scale, and conduct testing on existing point-of-sales systems. This kept workflow efficient and task delegation clear despite any development difficulties or unforeseen hurdles.● Leveraged every phase of the testing process throughout the software development life cycle. Utilized a thorough approach to evaluate and verify the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of all software projects, ensuring excellent and timely deliverables to clients.● Established clear lines of communication with various stakeholders throughout three different projects, providing regular updates on project requirements, progress, and challenges.
