In this position I update existing programs to resolve errors and provide new functions. As well as identify and implement program optimizations. I also trouble shoot live user errors and develop new programs using Business Information Server.

I was hired from the Community Assistant Position. I took on addition responsibilities that included mediation between coworkers, work schedule planning, serving on the SDSU Residential Life training committee and acting as a resource and mentor for Community Assistants.*Received ROSE award for willingness to go above and beyond job requirements and outstanding service.

In this position I built connections between residents to create community and mediated discussion between residents. In addition, I collaborated with colleagues and outside groups to organize floor and hall programs for residents.

In this position I imaged, configured and deployed desktops, laptops, and tablets for Daktronics employees. I coordinated warranty repair and assisted with trouble shooting of employee hardware. In addition, I trained new IT hardware deployment technicians in how to work in the position. I wrote articles for new deployment processes and software solutions that I had developed. I also assisted remote users with software issues they were experiencing.

In this position I maintained the wastewater plant operation as a lone operator over night shifts. I completed plant inspections and performed daily and weekly lab tests. In addition, I responded to plant alarms and resolved issues with plant operation.
