Wrote job postings for various positions, which included job summaries, essential functions, non-essential functions, required KSAs, and other information. Reviewed and improved all-camp programs, unit programs, and staff training programs. Assisted with various administrative and functional tasks within the office.

Supervised a group of 50 rising 10th graders and 9 staff members aged 18-23. Oversaw development and implementation of the overall 7 week program designed to build an inclusive, fun, and cohesive community. Designed program calendar with fun and/or educational programming every day. Coordinated with various specialty area directors to create daily schedules for the campers. Gave mid and post summer written evaluations to each staff member.

Serves as banquet staff for hotel and catering functions. Proficient in a variety of formal serving styles and event space set-up and clean-up.

In 2016 was responsible for running many aspects of the CIT program. Worked on building individual schedules for each participant, led training and reflection sessions for participants, co-ordinated with other leaders in the organization to lead training sessions, observed and evaluated participants, and gave written evaluations halfway and at the end of the program.In 2015 worked with rising 11th graders, training them in leadership and activity programming. Also in 2015 graduated from Capital Camps Institute. This was an 8 week leadership training program for selected staff members in at least their third year of employment. Has worked with groups of kids at ages ranging from 11-18 over all years of employment.
