I help my team succeed in a high volume Starbucks during mornings multiple days a week by motivating, leading, and encouraging my partners. I call plays for the floor and manage inventory as well as the cash from sales. I also prepare the food for the next day and do the same barista tasks I did in my previous role. When there are coaching opportunities to develop my partners, I also do that to improve our team as well as their own development.

I am part of a team which ensures our store is fluent in taking, making, and handing out orders from a variety of sources (drive through, cafe, mobile orders, and uber eat). I also coach and encourage new "green beans" (what we call new hires as baristas) everything regarding Starbucks standards and job functions.. Between teaching over 50 unique beverages, cleaning and maintaining equipment, engaging positive discourse with customers, handling food, time management, and high-stress situation management, I am well-versed in onboarding new hires. I also am developing to promote to Shift Supervisor this semester to spend my last year of college managing a full team of baristas in a high volume store.
