Utilized a variety of design techniques to create a variety of concepts and determine the best initial design. Utilized SolidWorks to design parts, conduct an engineering analysis using FEA and motion analysis software, and created engineering drawings with dimensions and a bill of materials. Manufactured parts using a CNC drill press, a manual lathe, and a variety of woodworking tools. Was responsible for ordering raw materials, motors, and electrical components, negotiated our budget with professors, and ensured project milestone were met using a Gantt Chart.

My responsibilities involve working with Dr. Iacobelli and Dr. White with transcribing patient information and what symptoms they are experiencing. I also am responsible for inputting new charts into the electronic medical record and marking areas that patient information needs to be updated. I also perform other tasks around the office such as resolving issues with the equipment we are using and any IT issues that happen on a day to day basis.

Conducted computational research on the melting of 3-D colloidal crystals using Monte Carlo and Molecular Dynamicspackages in JavaScript. Conducted extensive data collection and analysis, as well as troubleshooting of the software toidentify potential flaws in our program. Provided regular updates to the rest of the physics faculty and wrote a letter for publication with the American Chemical Society.
